Citibank India is hell bent on taking your money any which way it can. A recent updation to their Bill Pay section offers an optional paid service that is selected by default. You know this isn't a mistake when you notice that the subsequent agreement to the terms and conditions is conveniently left unselected. Deplorable business practice!
